As i flow CRM: the offline CRM and job management app with estimates and invoices, for contractors, tradespeople, freelancers and the self-employed
Your clients, work and invoices. On your device, and nowhere else.
As i flow CRM is an offline CRM and job management app for contractors, tradespeople, freelancers and the self-employed: client management, jobs, estimates (also called quotes) and invoices in one app, with no account to create. It keeps every client, job, estimate and invoice on the device in your hand — no account to create, no cloud to trust, no signal required. Open it in the morning and it tells you the few things that actually need doing today.
It opens on a to-do list, not a dashboard
The Today screenMost CRMs greet you with charts you didn’t ask for. As i flow CRM greets you with a short, ranked list of the things costing you money — and puts the button that clears each one right beside it.
Late invoices first. Tap once to text the client a polite reminder from your own number.
Jobs still open. Mark one done and it moves straight into the invoice queue.
Proposals gone quiet. Anything unanswered for a few days surfaces on its own, so nothing sits forgotten.
Finished but unbilled. One tap drafts the invoice with the job’s value already on it.
Everything owed, open or waiting, in the order it should be dealt with.
The follow-up threshold is yours to set. The app watches the calendar so you don’t have to.
Local reminders for tasks and due dates — scheduled on the device, not by a server.
Price it, do it, get paid for it
The whole job, one threadEstimate on the spot
Pull your saved services and rates straight into the line items instead of retyping prices, and send a proper PDF estimate before the conversation has cooled.
Do the work
Drag it across the board from lead to done, add your own fields for whatever your work needs to track, and keep notes and photos with the job they belong to.
Turn it into an invoice
An accepted estimate becomes an invoice in one tap — every line item and the tax rate carried across, numbered automatically.
Chase it without nagging
Overdue invoices climb to the top of Today with a reminder text ready to send. Mark it paid and it’s off your list for good.
A look inside
Screen 1 of 5Designed for the tablet on your desk or in your bag first, then folded down to one hand — the same six screens, with every control big enough to hit on the move.
Everything the day needs
FeaturesClients with memory
Every call, email, meeting and note in one timeline — mixed with the jobs, estimates and invoices the app logs for you automatically.
A job board you can drag
Lead, scheduled, in progress, done. Move one job or select several and move them together.
Proper paperwork
Letterheaded estimates and invoices with your details, your tax label and your numbering — exported as PDF and shared however you like.
Saved products and services
Keep your usual rates and materials in a catalog and drop them into any line item.
Tasks and reminders
Grouped by overdue, today and later, with a local notification at 9am and job dates you can push to your calendar.
Money at a glance
What you’re owed, what came in this month, what’s still out in estimates — and how long clients take to pay.
A screen you can hand over
One tap blurs every figure on screen, so showing a client their job doesn’t show them your books.
Sign-off on the spot
Capture a client’s signature on the finished job, so approvals never come down to memory.
Nobody else holds your client list
There is no As i flow CRM server, because there is no account. Your records live on your device and stay there, behind the PIN or Face ID you already use. No sign-up form, no password to reset, no data breach with your name in it, no company quietly reading your client list.
Backups are a single file that goes to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive — your account, your storage, your rules. None of your records are uploaded on your behalf, and nothing passes through us.
Nothing to sign up for and nowhere for your client list to leak from, because we never receive it.
Locked behind the protection already on your phone or tablet — and one tap hides every amount on screen.
Offline isn’t a fallback mode, it’s the only mode — a dead zone, a flight or bad hotel wifi changes nothing.
Export invoices, estimates and your data whenever you want. Stop paying and everything you’ve already made stays readable.
Honestly compared to a cloud CRM
Both directionsWe’d rather you knew before you bought. Cloud CRMs are built for teams and sales pipelines; As i flow CRM is built for one person getting paid for the work they just did. Here’s where each one wins.
| As i flow CRM | Typical cloud CRM | |
|---|---|---|
| Where your data lives | On your device, behind your PIN | On their servers, under an account |
| Works with no internet | Always — it’s the only mode | Partly, if it caches |
| Estimates and invoices built in | Yes, with PDF export | Often an add-on, or absent |
| Setup before you can start | Install and open it | Account, team, pipeline, fields |
| Sync across several devices | No — one device, plus a backup to your own cloud | Yes, in real time |
| Team access and permissions | No — built for one person | Yes |
| Automation and AI assistants | No — they’d need a cloud we don’t have | Increasingly, yes |
If two people need the same records at the same time, a cloud CRM is the right tool and we’ll say so. If it’s just you, the trade-off is worth making.

Questions about As i flow CRM
FAQWhat is As i flow CRM?
As i flow CRM is a simple CRM app for small business: a customer management app and job management app in one, with estimates and invoicing built in. It keeps your clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, tasks and reminders in one place on your own phone or tablet, with no account and no cloud server.
Who is As i flow CRM for?
One person running their own business. It works for anyone who is the whole business: freelancers, consultants, personal trainers and coaches, therapists, designers, writers, photographers, tutors, independent contractors, tradespeople and small business owners.
Is it a CRM with invoicing?
Yes. Build an estimate (also called a quote) from your saved services and rates, send it as a PDF, and turn an accepted estimate into an invoice in one tap, with every line item and the tax rate carried across. Overdue invoices rise to the top of the Today screen with a reminder text ready to send.
Does As i flow CRM work offline?
Yes. Offline is the only mode, so a dead zone, a flight or bad hotel Wi-Fi changes nothing. Reminders are scheduled on the device, not by a server.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up form and no password. Install the app and start adding clients.
Where is my client data stored?
On your device, behind the PIN, fingerprint or face unlock you already use. Backups are a single file that goes to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive, only when you choose. There is no As i flow CRM server, so your client list never passes through us. On Android, the business-card scanner uses Google’s on-device ML Kit, which sends Google basic technical statistics such as the device model and app version, never the card photo or your client list.
Which devices does it run on?
As i flow CRM is available now for Android phones and tablets on Google Play, and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. A Mac version, As i flow CRM for Desktop, is coming soon.
Can my team share it?
No. As i flow CRM is built for one person, on one device plus a backup to your own cloud. If two people need the same records at the same time, a cloud CRM is the right tool.
What is the difference between a CRM and field service software?
A CRM keeps track of your customers and what you have said, quoted and sold to each one. Field service software runs the work itself: scheduling, dispatching crews and work orders. As i flow CRM sits in between for one-person businesses. It is a CRM with a drag-and-drop job board, estimates and invoices, but it has no crew dispatch or GPS tracking. If you manage a team of technicians, field service software is the better fit. If you are the one doing the work, a simple CRM like this is easier and cheaper.
Do I need a CRM as a sole trader or freelancer?
You can manage with a spreadsheet and your phone contacts while you only have a handful of customers. A CRM starts to pay for itself when you forget follow-ups, cannot remember what you quoted someone last month, or need your client history on your phone in the van. For one person the features that matter most are a searchable client history, follow-up reminders, estimates and invoices in the same place, and access with no signal.
Does it work for plumbers, electricians and other trades?
Yes. Tradespeople use it to keep clients and job addresses in one place, move jobs from lead to done on a board, send an estimate and turn it into an invoice on the spot, and chase overdue invoices with a ready-made text message. It does not do crew scheduling or dispatch, so it suits sole traders and very small businesses rather than large service companies.
Is there a CRM that works offline without an account?
Yes, As i flow CRM does. There is no sign-up and no login, everything is stored in an encrypted database on your device, and every feature works with no signal. Backups are a single file that you save to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
Is there a CRM app for iPad and Android tablets?
Yes. As i flow CRM is designed tablet-first, with your list and details side by side on an iPad or Android tablet, and it folds down to a one-screen layout on an iPhone or Android phone. A Mac version, As i flow CRM for Desktop, is coming soon.
Which countries and tax systems does it support?
It is available in English on Google Play and the App Store. Tax label and rate presets are built in for GST (Australia and New Zealand), VAT (United Kingdom) and sales tax (United States and Canada), and you can set your own label and rate for any other country. Your currency follows the country you choose.
Is it called an estimate or a quote?
Both words mean the same thing: a price you give a customer before the work starts. As i flow CRM uses the word your country uses. In the United States and Canada it says estimate, and in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and everywhere else it says quote. Either way, an accepted one turns into an invoice in one tap.
How much does As i flow CRM cost?
It is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly, with a free trial before you pay. Every plan includes every feature, and the yearly plan costs about a quarter less than paying monthly. After the free trial, in the US it is US$7.99 a month or US$69.99 a year; prices differ by country and are shown on Google Play and the App Store. If you stop paying, everything you have already made stays readable and exportable.
